ASUS Open Overclocking Cup 2013 is the major overclocking tournament in Europe. The 12 best teams of Europe and the CIS have been selected by ASUS through qualifications. Over a 1-month period enthusiasts from European and CIS countries could submit their results in three benchmarks: 3DMark Fire Strike, Super Pi 32M and 3DMark11 Performance. The qualifications have confirmed the huge interest towards the event from the overclocker community, with 37 applications for participation from 16 country in the finals. It must be noted that most overclockers work in pairs, so the total number of participants is easily doubled.
AOOC 2013 started 1 week ago and now we got TOP-9 overclockers from Europe and CIS. Delly from Italy is leading with 92 points, but we think, that main battle will be in the end of competition. ASUS Open Overclocking Cup was established by ASUS in 2012, the last year’s Cup offering a new formal of overclocking competition for enthusiasts from Russia and CIS. After qualifications the best teams of Russia and Ukraine faced recognized European masters of overclocking at Ukraine’s major cybersports club Kiev CyberSport Arena to challenge each other for the prize fund and the title.

Having received huge feedback from the overclocking community all around the world, ASUS extends the competition format for 2013. ASUS Open Overclocking Cup is now open for enthusiasts from Europe and CIS, effectively becoming the largest European overclocking championship.
